At Lakshmi Silver, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience. We take utmost care while packing the products in case of shipping through our courier partners. However, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the same product. While returns and refunds are limited, we are here to assist in case of any issues with your purchase. Please review the details below:

1. Returns and Refunds
  • Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are available.
2. Damaged Products During Shipping
  • If your product is damaged during shipping, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected], including clear photos & video of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a Credit Note/Coupon if the same product is unavailable.
3. Reverse Pickup Process
  • While most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse logistics, some may only support forward shipping.
  • Reverse pickups are subject to the availability of courier/delivery partners.
  • If reverse pickup is not possible, we request customers to return the product via an alternate courier service such as India Post.
  • We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70. Any charges exceeding ₹70 (including shipping, duties, taxes, or fees) will be adjusted against the refund or credit note amount.
  • Customers in non-serviceable areas are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse. A ₹70 reimbursement will be provided for the shipping charges.
4. Missing Products or Empty Parcels
  • In the unlikely event of receiving an empty parcel or a missing product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
  • A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is mandatory for us to process your claim. Claims without sufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may not be honored. Lakshmi Silver reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
5. Missing Items in Return Orders
  • If a return includes multiple products but some items are missing upon pickup or delivery to our warehouse, we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product(s) from the refund or credit note amount.
6. Replacement Process
  • Once a damaged product is received and verified, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days.
  • If additional time is required, we will notify you.
7. Inventory Mismatch
  • If a product is unavailable due to an inventory mismatch, you may:
    1. Choose another product of the same value.
    2. Receive a Credit Note/Coupon within 5-7 working days (no expiry).
    3. Request a full refund to the original payment method. (It will be credited in 5-7 working days).
