1. Domestic Delivery - Charges and Timing
- Free Shipping: All orders above ₹699 qualify for free shipping within India.
- Nominal Shipping Fee: A shipping charge of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹699.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days.
2. International Shipping - Charges and Timing
- We deliver to most countries serviced by our shipping partners. If any duties or customs levies are applicable, customers are required to bear these charges. Lakshmi Silver is not responsible for such fees.
- Shipping Charges: Vary between ₹999 to ₹3999, depending on the destination.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually delivered within 4 weeks.
3. How to Track Your Order
- Easily track your order using our Order Tracking page.
- You will receive a notification email with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
- Orders are processed from our operational center in Mumbai, India and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- We partner with recognized courier like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, XpressBees, Amazon, etc services for delivery within India. Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package.
5. Guidelines for Smooth Delivery
- Provide a valid mobile number, complete shipping address with pin-code, and a nearby landmark to ensure smooth delivery.
- If the package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it.
6. Combining Orders
- For compliance reasons, multiple orders cannot be combined if shipped already. Shipping charges, if applicable, will apply to each order individually.
7. Shipping Terms and Conditions
- Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.
